We are an experienced holiday home company based in Dubai who thrive to provide our guests with the best service and stay at our FULLY EQUIPPED well presented apartments. We currently have 5 different apartments for you to choose from. 

First we have 4 apartments in Damac Vera Residence located in the heart of Dubai Downtown (Business Bay) just a stone throw away from the iconic Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall, then we have an apartment in Dubai's famous JBR, Emaar 52/42 building which is within reach of Dubai Marina and the new Bluewater Island.

VERA RESIDENCE:

- We have 2 1 & 2 2 bedroom apartments available 

The property comprises of Swimming pool with Burj Khalifa views where you can watch the evening light shows from, GYM, Sauna and Steam room to use at your own leisure.

The 2 bedroom apartments have Burj Khalifa and pool view. Each apartment includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living/dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. There is also a utility room consisting of a washing machine.

The 1 bedroom apartments have a city view and view of the Pagani building, the apartment includes 1 bathroom, living/dining area with a fully fitted kitchen.

Each apartment is fully furnished and have their own spacious private balcony with outdoor seating.

WHAT IS NEARBY?

- Burj Khalifa/ Dubai Mall is 5mins drive or around 15mins walk away. 

- Bay Square is 7mins walk away which includes many restaurants and cafes for lunch or dinner.

- Kana Cafe, Cafe di Paris, FOMO cafe are at the end of the road and open till late night.

- Dubai canal which is opposite is ideal for a scenic walk or boat ride. (there are also other restaurants and cafes on the other side of the canal) 

- 24/7 convenient store located on the ground floor for any essentials/food or snacks

The property comprises of Swimming pool with the view of JBR Beach, The Address Beach Hotel, Dubai Marina, Al Ain, Burj al Arab, there is also a GYM, Sauna and Steam room, games room and TV room to use at your own leisure.

The 2 bedroom apartment has the Address beach hotel/JBR Beach/Marina and pool view. 

The apartment includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a generous living/dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. The apartment is fully furnished and has a private balcony with outdoor seating.

- JBR Beach is a walk away, where you can enjoy the beach, water activities and many different well known restaurants

- Dubai Marina for restaurants and boat rides/hire 

- The Address Beach Resort which is opposite the apartment is known for the worlds highest pool view and beach club.

- Bluewater Island is 5mins away which is home to the famous Caesars Palace and the Al Ain including many restaurants, shopping and activities e.g. Madame tussauds, brass monkey. 

- There is a Carrefour available on ground floor for any essentials/food or snacks

- Access to a private beach
